Shopping Policy for MySmall.Store

We are a small, family-oriented online boutique specializing in affordable women’s fashion (including stylish handbags, totes, and accessories) and premium natural/organic skincare products. 100% of our commissions and profits are directed to a Veteran Non-Profit organization that supports those who have served our country. Your purchase makes a real difference.

1. Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our warehouse.
  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Domestic Shipping (USA): We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • International Shipping: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary (typically 7–21 days). Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping thresholds may apply during promotions (e.g., orders over $75).
  • Gift Orders: We offer gift messaging and can include a handwritten note upon request. Gift wrapping is available for an additional fee.
  • Tracking: All orders include tracking. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking number to become active.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus original shipping costs), provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.
  • Exchanges: We happily exchange items for a different size, color, or style within the 30-day window (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Skincare Products: Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare items (e.g., creams, oils) are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
  • How to Return:
    1. Contact our customer support at [support@mysmall.store] (or via the contact form on our website) with your order number.
    2. We will provide a return shipping label if eligible.
    3. Ship the item back in its original condition.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. Original payment method will be refunded.
  • Defective or Damaged Items: Contact us immediately upon receipt. We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost, including return shipping.

4. Payment Methods

  • Sales tax is applied according to applicable state laws.
  • Promotional codes and discounts are applied at checkout. They cannot be combined unless specified.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices or end promotions without notice.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Contact us as soon as possible.
  • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the order per our Returns policy.
